Dosage/Direction for Use

Dosage:As a general recommendation view Âb 40 mg/mL; in particular,, doses for patients (≥==15 years of age) having a diagnosis of rheumatoid arthritis by magnetic resonance imaging (menstrual age 15 to 60 years) are recommended. Âb Maximum 2.5 mg/kg/day is recommended for patients with parthyma. Âa Dose reduction of 1.5 mg/kg/day should be considered for patients with frequent urticaria or asthma. Âb 20 mg/kg/day should be administered as an add-on to an initial dose of 2 mg/day (1 mg/day + 50 mg/day) or as a switch to an adjuvant drug (atorvastatin). Âb Dose reduction of 1.5 mg/kg/day is not recommended for patients with mild to moderate arthritis. Âb Maximum 2.5 mg/kg/day is recommended for patients with moderate arthritis. Âb Maximum 5 mg/kg/day should be administered as an add-on to an initial dose of 2 mg/day (1 mg/day + 100 mg/day). Âb Maximum 2.5 mg/kg/day should be administered as an adjuvant to moderately severe arthritis. Âb Dose reduction of 1.5 mg/kg/day is not recommended for patients with severe gout (patients with gout on ≥45 years of age). Âb Maximum 2.5 mg/kg/day should be administered as an add-on to an initial dose of 2 mg/day (1 mg/day + 100 mg/day). Âb Dose reduction of 1.5 mg/kg/day should be considered for patients with moderate arthritis.
